Sofa bed added extra space, and the room was well-equipped with kitchenware and a clean bathroom. Helpful staff contributed to a pleasant experience, though the breakfast service was a bit disheartening. the pastries tasted industrial despite the fresh-baked claim. The overall atmosphere was marred by some nearby sketchy areas, which may concern those walking at night.

Great location for exploring the city.
The bathroom was quite small, making it uncomfortable. Instead, I was given a double queen room, which was not what I requested. The front desk staff was unhelpful, and the rooftop pool lacked a welcoming atmosphere with too many people already in it.

We had a nice stay exploring the nearby attractions like the Skydeck at Willis Tower and Navy Pier. The rooftop pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed a hearty breakfast buffet that fueled our family adventures around town.
My kids wished the parking situation was less complicated. It would be great if there was more family-friendly parking options available.

Clean & comfy stay!
I stayed for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised! The beds were super comfy and the room was spotlessly clean. I remember grabbing a quick snack from the snack bar, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was shiny, too! The only issue was the parking. It's kind of pricy, so just be careful about that.

I appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff. The accessible layout made navigation easy, and I loved the rooftop pool's view of downtown. The location was also perfect, close to Union Station and local attractions.
Need better soundproofing for a peaceful night's sleep.

I recently stayed in a Standard Room with Two Queen Beds for 2 nights and absolutely loved the cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was appreciated, and I was pleasantly surprised by the comfy bed. However, the sound insulation was lacking with noticeable street noise that could be bothersome at night. I might consider this place again despite that.

Family stay definitely with issues
Well, the pool was a nice touch for the kids – they loved it, and we managed to squeeze in some drinks while they played. Plus, the front desk staff was friendly even if they couldn't fix everything.
However, it wasn't cheap, but honestly, I expected more for the price.
